1.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time 2.1. We offer various shipping methods, including local and regional delivery services. The available shipping options and their estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
2.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days within Pakistan. For remote areas, delivery may take longer.
3. Shipping Costs 3.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
3.2. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please check our website for any ongoing promotions.
4. Order Tracking 4.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.
4.2. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order being processed, please contact us.
5. Shipping Restrictions 5.1. We currently offer shipping only within Pakistan.
5.2. Some items, such as custom-made or large orders, may have different shipping arrangements. If this is the case, we will contact you with more information before processing your order.
6. Delivery Issues 6.1. If there are any issues with the delivery, such as a missing or damaged package, please contact us at hasanfabrics1@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. International Shipping 7.1. At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within Pakistan. We do not provide international shipping.
8. Shipping Address 8.1. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
9. Customs and Import Duties (for international orders) 9.1. While we do not currently ship internationally, if we begin offering international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their orders.
